If your gear doesn't fit or you aren't satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for paperless drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your official Ozzy Osbourne merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
